Ujung Kulon is the first Indonesian national park listed in the heritage of UNESCO. The park contains the largest rainforest in the country and is home to the nearly extinct Javan rhino. Victims of poaching and deforestation, they are quickly disappearing. To observe them, the rangers use the latest technologies. It is thanks to the dedication and personal investment that the men and women who work alongside the biodiversity of the Indonesian archipelago have made that allow the cycle of life to continue. However, threats to wildlife really exist. The balance remains fragile and vigilance has to be permanent.
